Customers must contact our support team within 14 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. Once we receive your inquiry, our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping & Label

After reviewing and approving your refund request, HydroponicLife will provide a return shipping label to help you send the item back. Please wait for confirmation from our support team before returning any product.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are custom or special-order products may not be eligible for a refund.
